14-Day Right of Withdrawal Without Giving Reasons

From the receipt of the package Within 14 calendar days You can change your mind. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to return it.

The Return Process

  1. Signal your intention: Please send an email to info@dollcini.hu. In the email, please include the your order number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wrap the product: Pack the product in its original, undamaged condition, with all tags and accessories included. Please also indicate the order number inside the package for faster identification.
  3. Send the package back: You can return the package to the following address at your own expense:

    Important: We are unable to accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

The cost of return shipping in the case of withdrawal without justification is borne by the customer.
The buyer is responsible for returning the package.

Refund

  • After the returned product has arrived back to us and we have inspected it, Within 14 days We are initiating the refund.
  • If you paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
  • In other cases, such as purchases made with cash on delivery, please provide the bank account number in the email to which you would like the refund sent.
  • Important information:
    If you withdraw without giving a reason, the refund applies to the purchase price of the returned product(s).
    Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Az gift wrapping The service fee, by its nature, is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, even if the product is returned.

In the Event of a Defective or Damaged Product

If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, or was damaged during shipping, we accept full responsibility (except in the case of overweight products (heavier than 10 kg) or oversized products (larger than 45*38*5cm)). In this case:

  1. Please report the problem immediately at info@dollcini.hu, with photos attached.
  2. Free of charge We will send a courier for the faulty product.
  3. You can choose between exchanging the product or receiving a full refund.

It does not count as defective performance if the product’s size, color, or design does not meet individual expectations based on subjective judgment.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  • For products in sealed packaging that, after opening for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, razors, and other hygiene products).
  • In the case of a non-prefabricated product that was made specifically at your request.
