Warranty and Guarantee Terms

These Warranty, Guarantee and Special Product Category Terms apply to products sold on the Dollcini website (www.dollcini.hu).

By ordering the product, the customer accepts these terms. These terms do not affect the consumer's rights to statutory warranty, product warranty and - where applicable - mandatory warranty under applicable law.

1. General provisions

1.1. Products covered by mandatory warranty are subject to the warranty period set out in the applicable Hungarian legislation.

  • In the case of a sale price between 10 000 Ft and 250 000 Ft: 2 years
  • In the case of a sale price above 250 000 Ft: 3 years

1.2. For products not covered by mandatory warranty, the statutory warranty rules under applicable law and any voluntarily assumed commercial guarantee applicable to the given product category shall apply.

1.3. For products not specifically regulated in these terms, the applicable laws and the specific information provided for the given product shall apply.

2. Women's underwear and other hygiene products

2.1. In the case of sealed women's underwear and other hygiene products, the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons cannot be exercised for hygiene reasons after the packaging has been opened, the hygienic protective seal has been removed, or the product has been put into use.

2.2. If the packaging is intact, the right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with applicable law.

2.3. This section applies exclusively to the right of withdrawal without giving reasons and does not affect rights arising from defective performance. In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, the customer remains entitled to assert a claim under the relevant legislation.

3. Bags and other fashion accessories

3.1. Dollcini provides a 1-year voluntary commercial guarantee.

3.2. Under the voluntary commercial guarantee, the customer must send the product to our warehouse at their own expense for inspection and repair.

3.3. The repair will begin no later than within 5 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse.

3.4. If the defect is not covered by the free commercial guarantee, we will send written information about the expected repair cost before the work begins.

3.5. Dollcini will return the repaired product to the customer free of charge.

3.6. Repairs are carried out by experienced professionals in order to preserve the original condition as fully as possible. Minor traces of repair do not in themselves constitute a defect, provided they do not affect the product's usability or aesthetic value.

3.7. The voluntary commercial guarantee does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

4. Electric scooters

4.1. Electric scooters are subject to mandatory warranty and statutory warranty in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • In the case of a sale price between 10 000 Ft and 250 000 Ft: 2-year mandatory warranty
  • In the case of a sale price above 250 000 Ft: 3-year mandatory warranty

4.2. Inspection carried out within the warranty period is free of charge.

4.3. Inspection fee outside the warranty period: 20 000 Ft.

4.4. Repairs outside the warranty period, as well as non-warranty repairs, are always priced individually on the basis of a prior written quotation covering parts and labour costs.

4.5. Replacement of the battery, outer and inner tyre, and other wearing or consumable parts due to normal wear and tear does not qualify as a free warranty repair. However, if the defect is due to a manufacturing or material defect, the customer's statutory rights remain unchanged.

4.6. Dollcini strives to carry out the repair or replacement as soon as possible, preferably within 15 days. If the repair takes longer, the customer will be informed of the expected deadline.

5. Repair and claims procedure

5.1. In the event of a warranty, guarantee or statutory warranty claim, the customer must provide the order ID or proof of purchase.

5.2. Please indicate the following on the returned package: "Repair / warranty + order ID".

5.3. If necessary, Dollcini will draw up a report on the received claim and will inform the customer in writing of the result of the inspection.

5.4. If repair or replacement is not possible, Dollcini will proceed in accordance with the relevant legislation and the terms applicable to the given product category.

7. Shipping recommendation

7.1. For safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable courier service, in particular GLS or DPD.

7.2. Any claim arising from the loss of or damage to the return shipment sent by the customer may be asserted by the sender against the selected courier service.

8. Final provisions

8.1. These terms enter into force upon publication on the Dollcini website.

8.2. These terms do not affect the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

8.3. By ordering the product, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.
